The First International Congress and Third National Congress 2016 2016 University, Health, and Environment: Innovation for Sustainable Development (UHE) is an academic is an academic forum focused on the diffusion of innovation and research in engineering, health, sustainable development, and environmental science. This event unites researchers and practitioners working on all aspects of green solutions. We invite submission of original, high-quality work in the form of articles, technical reports and posters. UHE 2016 has as goal to continue a tradition of disseminating results in these areas. It is an ideal forum for sharing ideas, learning about developments and techniques, and interacting with colleagues in these fields. The congress is hosted at the Universidad del Valle de México (UVM),Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas, Mexico, It is the organized by Consorcio de Universidades e Instituciones para el Desarrollo Sustentable - Educar con Responsabilidad Ambiental (CUIDES-ERA), the UVM, the Universidad de Ciencias y Artes de Chiapas (UNICACH), the Universidad Autónoma de Chiapas (UNACH), the Instituto Tecnológico de Tuxtla Gutiérrez (ITTG), and the Universidad Intercultural de Chiapas (UNICH). The Congress will take place on Octuber 3-7th, 2016.
